Anforderungen

•Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar fields
•Understanding of clinical workflows and contribution to medical device development
•Deep knowledge of IEC 62366-1, FDA guidance documents, and related regulatory standards
•Experience in design control processes and requirements engineering
•Strong documentation skills for regulatory submissions and compliance
•Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
•Proactivity, results-orientation, and customer-focus
•Self-motivation with a solution-driven mindset
•Team player with strong communication skills
•Passion for data-driven design and continuous learning

Deine Aufgaben

•Develop and validate designs for complex medical device systems
•Support the creation of multi-modal cross-device screen flows
•Create interactive prototypes and implement interface designs
•Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs
•Plan, execute, and document usability evaluations of user interfaces
•Analyze research data and usability evaluations for UI design improvements
•Create usability documents for market approvals per IEC 62366-1 and FDA guidelines
•Support use-related risk analysis according to ISO 14971
•Collaborate with clinical advisors and healthcare professionals
