Anforderungen
- •University degree in accounting or equivalent with US CPA qualification
- •More than 8 years of international experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company
- •Extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filings
- •Proficiency in digital audit transformation, SOX, PCAOB standards, and latest audit technologies
- •Knowledge of the USA market and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, German proficiency is a plus

- •Lead audits for asset managers focusing on private markets funds
- •Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS during audits
- •Advise clients on business opportunities from PwC USA's asset management initiatives
- •Facilitate significant product and investment launches
- •Coordinate international teams for engagements in the USA and Europe
- •Ensure seamless collaboration and communication across teams
- •Develop stakeholder management skills for complex projects
- •Drive audits of valuations for Level 3 investments across all asset classes
- •Manage audits of companies preparing financial statements according to US GAAP and IFRS
- •Prepare audit files for Partner review
- •Assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors
- •Develop and extend relationships with clients
- •Support clients in technical accounting matters
