Anforderungen
- •Proven technical and process knowledge
- •At least 3 years of experience in a technical, hands-on position, in technical project management or process/project engineering
- •Experience in food engineering
- •BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Food Science) or equivalent
- •Automation skills
- •Ability to communicate with customers at all levels and manage expectations
- •High-level problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- •Excellent commercial and business skills
- •Both German and English language skills
- •Self-motivated with a strong drive and agility
- •Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical and results-driven
- •Service-oriented with ability to work in time-pressured environments
- •Ability to handle difficult situations and people sensitively
- •Good team player

- •Lead project management for Upgrades
- •Coordinate project activities and secure resources
- •Manage stakeholders including markets and suppliers
- •Recognize sales in SAP and manage costs
- •Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- •Maintain customer satisfaction for Upgrades projects
- •Execute project handover with complete documentation
- •Provide technical and financial expertise for Upgrades quotations
- •Align with stakeholders for seamless solution implementation
- •Lead engineering quotations for customized and standard Upgrades
- •Support Services Sales Team with technical analysis and pricing
- •Track open proposals and recommendations for new business
- •Provide insights on product performance and industry trends
- •Develop project management skills through self-development
