B1 lit. b (postdoc) Limited contract until: 08/31/2031 Job ID: **4268** ## ## Your personal sphere of play: A university assistant (postdoc) position is available at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Faculty of Life Sciences for 6 years. The 'Molecular Targets Laboratory' led by Professor Verena M. Dirsch aims at a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms of natural products. Cell and molecular biological methods are developed and applied to identify and characterize biologically active natural products. The lab consists of a motivated and international team connected to national and international collaboration partners. This position in the field of pharmaceutical biology is dedicated to the identification and pharmacological characterization of bioactive natural products, mainly in the context of metabolic disorders and inflammation.
