* You are involved in research projects of the CReA lab and coordinate the activities of the lab with Prof. Raphael Rosenberg
* You establish an independent research profile
* You publish internationally and give lectures
* You develop and apply for projects and raise third-party funds
* You hold courses independently and supervise students in seminaries

## You have:
* A completed doctorate/Ph.D. in art history, cognitive science, or related subjects
* An outstanding dissertation
