We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our academic team as a lecturer and researcher in the field of Alevi Theology, with a focus on migration, integration, cultural transformation, or religious practices of Alevi communities in Europe. This position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to research, teaching, and departmental administration within a dynamic academic environment.

**Your profile:**
* Completed doctorate/PhD in Political Science, Religious Studies, Anthropology, History or similar disciplines.
* Research experience and publications in Alevi Theology or topics related to pedagogy, migration, integration, and religious practices of Alevi communities in Europe.
* Relevant knowledge in qualitative and quantitative empirical research
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Required languages: German (native or fluent), English (fluent), Turkish (fluent), Kurdish – Good proficiency (desirable)
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently.
* A strong commitment to contributing to the Alevi Theological Studies Program curriculum.
