Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
- •2-3 years of experience in turbine or high-performance engine testing
- •Strong understanding of gas-turbine thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and material science
- •Experience with test-rig design, instrumentation and data-acquisition systems
- •Familiarity with vibration analysis, acoustic diagnostics, and fatigue testing
- •Proficiency in data-analysis software (Python, MATLAB)
- •Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO55001, ICE61508 and turbine-specific safety standards
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Experience in dealing with turbine manufacturers and ability to use CFD or FEM analysis
- •Scripting (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- •Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross functional, global teams
- •Proactive, flexible, and motivated mindset

- •Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
