TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative FLOATER(m/w/x)

As a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative Floater, you will engage with beneficiaries by providing essential guidance on TRICARE resources and benefits, managing enrollments, and assisting with claims. This role involves traveling to various locations, leading briefings, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Anforderungen

• •High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• •U.S. Citizenship
• •SOFA/Command-Sponsored status as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or U.S. Contractor
• •Eligibility for ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
• •3+ years of customer service experience
• •Willingness to travel to multiple sites 25-75% of the time
• •Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• •Effectiveness in delivering presentations
• •Ability to communicate tactfully with others
• •Self-starter with ability to work independently
• •Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• •High attention to detail
• •Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, DEERS, DOES, and MHS Genesis
• •Work background in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care
