- •Familiar with SAP FI, Online banking, Excel
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Verify invoice details for completeness and accuracy
- •Return incorrect invoices to suppliers
- •Contact suppliers to address complaints and request reissuance
- •Clarify discrepancies with purchasing and relevant departments
- •Adjust payment terms as needed
- •Resolve discrepancies in travel expense reports
- •Check externally scanned receipts for correct entry
- •Assist in error checking and correction of receipts
- •Manage weekly payment runs and payroll in Germany
- •Process tax and manual urgent payments
- •Report monthly direct cash flow actuals for Germany
- •Provide bi-weekly actuals and forecasts for Germany
- •Prepare cash by bank files for Werke and Holding
- •Handle factoring repayments and transfers
- •Execute FX trades for Werke and Holding for India/Thailand IC payments
- •Manage cash pool and cash rounds to reduce IC cash balances
- •Communicate with banks regarding day-to-day business and contracts
- •Oversee bank account management
