In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas. |

| * Act as a contact person for the learners and the organization on the topics of further education * Support in the planning and implementation of workshops and learning/training events and efficient handling of all logistical details * Conduct regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of training data * Learning coordinator in our learning management system and monitoring of requests to fill the learning history * Review and evaluation of internal data sources (e.g. feedback forms), initiation of optimization measures, documentation and evaluation of the success of training courses * Coordination of the event management service provider * Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries and maintain effective communication with stakeholders * Collaboration in the definition and optimization of interfaces between HL and other functions (finance, purchasing, HR internal) * Review invoices from internal and external vendors and calculate costs internally if needed * Support in controlling the budget (tracking & forecasting) * Contract management (terms, terminations, extensions, procurement/billing of individual training courses) * Collaboration in communication with stakeholders + general communication (creation of communication materials, Sharepoint maintenance, etc.) |
