- •Conduct impactful online training sessions
- •Provide live coaching and feedback
- •Address student queries during sessions
- •Deliver monthly Masterclasses on program methodology
- •Facilitate 9-12 training sessions annually
- •Prepare training materials adhering to ethical guidelines
- •Participate in coordination calls for effective planning
- •Familiarize with training program content
- •Engage participants through interactive online sessions
- •Suggest improvements based on participant feedback
- •Collaborate with the instructional design team
- •Conduct regular self-evaluations for skill improvement
