Establish broad understanding of OMV’s Fuels & Feedstock business through target-oriented on-the-job experience and participation in sustainable energy projects. OMV’s Fuels & Feedstock business unit produces and sells fuels and feedstock for the chemical’s industry and operates refineries and filling stations. ## Your tasks
* Develop Turnaround scope, schedule, budget, infrastructure, quality, HSSE measures, and execution plans based on OMV standards.
* Participate in daily execution phase activities and provide guidance on decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with OMV standards and processes for safe execution of work.
* Support integration of projects into Turnaround planning, execution, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with SIMOPS.
* Communicate Turnaround status with TAR Manager Team, Site management, and stakeholders using KPIs across HSSE, logistics, quality, cost, schedule, and scope.
* Execute Turnaround activities following the TAR Handbook deliverables and Key Document List for each phase.
* Plan and oversee contractor onboarding and training processes.
* Drive continuous improvement by implementing measures, updating standards, and documenting lessons learned.
* Support transferring Turnaround scope to eTOP Landscape and setting up infrastructure.
* Evaluate and implement new technologies (e.g., apps, smart glasses, VR/AR) for process optimization.
## Your profile
* Master's degree in Engineering or similar studies.
* Ability to communicate effectively with management, stakeholders, and contractors.
* First practical experience within the laboratory area is beneficiary.
* Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a defined time period (all OMV Refining Sites).
* Knowledge of SAP and Prima Vera.
* Fluency in German and English.
