## Job Description
Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, and making a real difference? Our **one-year trainee program** is your springboard into a long-term career in **Business Development** or **Sales Engineering**. You’ll be working on exciting topics such as **Pre-Incineration, Waste, Textile Sorting**, and other emerging segments and applications.
**Your Trainee Year – What to Expect:**
* Deep dive into TOMRA’s waste sorting technologies and business segments
* Collaborate on real projects and customer visits
* Rotate through key departments: Test Facility, Service, Project Management, Sales
* Receive training in soft skills – from presentations to stakeholder communication
* Be mentored by experienced colleagues who support your growth
**Your Future Role – As Business Development or Sales Engineer:**
* Drive growth in segments like Pre-Incineration, Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), and Textile Sorting
* Consult and collaborate with internal teams and international customers
* Identify new markets, analyze system performance, and develop tailor-made solutions
* Prepare studies, market research, and compelling presentations for clients and conferences
* Be part of a global mission to advance circular economy technologies
## Qualifications
* Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Waste/Environmental Engineering**, or up to 3 years of relevant experience
* Located near **Koblenz / Mülheim-Kärlich**
