# Trainee Program START IN European Business Services (m/f/d) ## WELCOME TO BASF Getting started instead of waiting? Starting in October 2025, we will enter the next round with our START IN trainee program at our Berlin site. Are you looking for a trainee program in the field of business or especially for Bachelor or Master graduates? Then become part of our Service Hub team. We will prepare you for your future employment with us through various stations. Each START IN program is individually tailored to you and your strengths. Are you creative, open-minded and interested in digital change? ## WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT During the 18-month rotation program, you will not only gain a versatile insight into various departments of our international competence and service hub, but also actively shape your career start with us. * Together with your mentor you will work out a personal development plan, adapted to your individual strengths and interests. * Here you will get to know different departments of our international competence and service hub, familiarise yourself with different subject areas and thus gain a comprehensive understanding of unit-specific and cross-unit tasks. * You will take responsibility for exciting (sub-)projects and contribute your own ideas to optimize the services and service delivery of our units. * During a three-month stay abroad or an assignment at another BASF Group company, you will expand your network and enhance your intercultural skills. ## WHAT YOU OFFER * good Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the field of economics, social sciences, humanities, technology or information sciences * first practical experience in the form of internships or working student activities and ideally first experience abroad, but not more than 12 months of professional working experiences * customer-oriented, motivated to communicate and collaborate, as well as a willingness to explore new topics and areas * distinct ability to work in a team as well as very good communication skills in English, further language skills are an advantage * practiced user of MS Office standard application, as well as technical affinity (e.g. PowerBI, SAP, etc.) ## WHAT WE OFFER * Gross annual salary: approx. 44.000 € * Individual support with optional assignment abroad * Development and feedback meetings to help you to reach your full potential * Mobile and flexible working as well as 30 days of vacation * Onboarding including buddy program and trainee community, to help you settle in quickly, ensuring you are part of the BASF team from day one * Individual trainings and participation in our Talent Development Trainings * Transfer to an attractive position after completion of the program ## LOCATION ## COMPANY ## JOB FIELD ## JOB CONDITIONS ## JOB ID Berlin, DE BASF Services Europe GmbH General Management Permanent 122746
