## Your Challenge
18 months – 3 assignments – 3 projects: The Greiner Professional Program targets graduates and young talents. The program is the perfect opportunity to shape your own future by opening up the chance to take on responsibility, gain insights into our company, and participate in demanding projects you can develop the skills you need to grow your career. A series of modules together with selective, individual training supports your development. Are you ready?
## Your Potential Assignment Fields
* **Operational Excellence:**
* **World Class Operations Management (WCOM):** Assist in the WCOM assessments of our sites.
* **Implementation of Digitalization Roadmap:** Contribute to various topics in the implementation of our digitalization strategy in operations.
* **Maintenance:** Prepare for future digitalization of corrective and preventative maintenance and spare part management.
* **OEE Improvement:** Facilitate site improvement as part of projects.
* **Lean Methods:** Implement lean methods at our sites.
* **Supply Chain Excellence:** Aid in the roll-out and implementation of digital supply-chain tools.
## Your Profile
* You are a recent (or soon-to-be) graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, business with operations management, supply chain management, or similar.
* You have a minimum of six months’ work experience during your studies, ideally in industry and/or an international context and you are now using this expertise to make a real impact at our company.
* First experience with lean management during your studies and/or internships
* You have gained profound intercultural experience by working or studying in a foreign cultural environment – our ideal is a minimum of four months abroad.
* You are fluent in English; German, Czech, Polish and any other language skills are an asset.
* You are a forward-thinker and strategic visionary who is eager to shape our company and drive its growth.
* You are highly motivated and adaptable, ready to tackle challenges with flexibility.
* You are mobile within the program duration (for rotations or business trips abroad)
## Our Offer
* The Greiner Professional Program kicks off in September 2025 with an onboarding and networking week together with your GPP peers.
* The 18 months-program consists of three 6 months-assignments. During program, you will experience Greiner multidimensionally and hands-on in different projects – within one of our divisions or cross-divisional. However, your main work location will be Kremsmünster.
* You will be paired with a mentor from Greiner management. Additionally, you gain support from a fellow GPP buddy who is one year ahead.
* Between assignments you will get insights into Greiner through training modules and get-togethers with Greiner senior management and experts.
* Additionally, your professional and personal development is supported with an individual training budget.
We offer a hybrid working model with flexible working hours according to our internal policy. Annual gross salary during the program is EUR 50.000 (fulltime, not all-in) together with other Greiner benefits.
