You support the Logistics team in implementing improvement projects and managing reports, while also monitoring shipments and optimizing logistics operations for greater efficiency.

Anforderungen

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or business
•Very good IT skills, especially Excel
•Good level in German and English
•Italian and/or French is an advantage
•Precision, diligence, and conscientiousness
•Flair for numbers and analytical thinking
•Structured and independent way of working
•Proactive personality with motivation and curiosity

Deine Aufgaben

•Support the Logistics team with strategic projects.
•Create monitors and reports using Clik-Sense.
•Analyze and monitor Service Level parameters monthly.
•Issue monthly Supply Chain and Logistics reports.
•Plan direct shipments from producers to customers.
•Optimize cross-docking flow with local customer service.
•Monitor inbound flow from European producers to Switzerland.
•Plan truck arrivals with the Logistic Provider.
•Track incoming vehicles and customs clearance daily.
