# Trainee Global Supply Animal Health
**The Position**

Are you at the conclusion of your academic endeavors and poised to embark on your professional journey within the pharmaceutical sector? Consider joining our Global Supply Animal Health Trainee Program. Throughout this program, you'll experience rotations across different departments, tackling projects on your own. A Senior Manager will be appointed as your mentor to offer guidance and support throughout your growth journey.
From the outset, you'll become an integral member of BI DISCOVER, our interdisciplinary trainee network. You and your peers will engage in various training modules (including negotiation and change management), attend leadership discussions, and much more. **What We Are Looking For:**
* You are interested in taking on a leadership role in the future and want to prepare specifically for this.

* You're someone who volunteers, has completed a year of community service or is actively involved in a local association.
* You have an excellent master’s or Diploma degree, preferably with a PhD and/or initial professional experience.
* Fields of study: Biology, (Bio-)Chemistry, (Bio-)Pharmacy, (Bio-/Business-)Informatics, Biotechnology, Medicine, Business Studies with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Data Science, Industrial Engineering or comparable Natural/Engineering Sciences.
* Excellent English skills, other languages are beneficial.
