What we offer you
You have completed your studies or are about to do so and are looking forward to contributing your acquired knowledge and creative ideas to us without committing yourself to a specific job?
You will be supported by experienced colleagues from the Marketing & Sales, Sustainability and Strategy departments. In addition, managers will mentor you and you will develop your technical and methodological skills on the job and off the job in workshops and seminars.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and sustainability issues. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees. You can intensify your international skills during a three-month stay abroad. The 18-month trainee program offers you the opportunity to start a management career in the Evonik Group.
Responsibilities

Get to know the different departments and business units at Evonik. Projects in the areas of Marketing & Sales, Sustainability and Strategy are firmly planned. All other project topics and areas of application, such as Controlling, HR, Innovation, Production, Procurement, will be determined together according to your interests and areas of focus

Take the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills across disciplines and apply them in a global environment

Get to know the relevant control tools and processes of a global corporation on the job

Take on your own project responsibility in a team in where we work together for success and support each other

Expand your technical and methodological skills together with trainees from other functional areas and build up a professional network
Requirements

Above-average degree in natural sciences/technology with a business administration focus or a business administration degree

First practical experience (e.g. through internships)

Experience abroad, e.g. in the context of a semester abroad or internship

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as Germany-wide and international mobility

Very good communication skills as well as interdisciplinary cooperation skills, first project management experience

Outstanding analytical skills, independence and a sense of responsibility

Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as creativity
