Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic performance
- •Willingness to do 2 six-month rotations outside your country
- •Minimum of one internship in finance and accounting
- •Excellent problem-solving skills
- •Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
- •Strong display of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity
- •Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- •Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytics
- •EU Passport required
- •Fluency in English, and fluency in German preferred

- •Support Operations Controlling in Ludwigshafen
- •Assist Commercial Affiliate FP&A in Wiesbaden
- •Explore two functional areas within Europe
- •Work in the Finance Shared Service Center in Krakow
- •Participate in key training sessions
- •Engage with a senior leader mentor
- •Attend international meetings virtually or in Europe
- •Complete assignments in Financial Accounting & Analysis
- •Contribute to Budgets, Plans, and Forecasting
- •Prepare Financial Reporting & Controls
- •Assist in Manufacturing Operations and Cost Accounting
- •Support Treasury functions
- •Travel to Chicago for networking and global function experience
