Anforderungen
- •Degree in health care, science, or medical vocational education
- •Advanced training in clinical research
- •German C1 level and good English command
- •Flexibility for regular travel and driving license
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- •Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- •Effective time management and priority management
- •Ability to maintain effective working relationships

Deine Aufgaben
- •Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- •Maintain appropriate documentation for all site visits
- •Support the development of subject recruitment plans
- •Establish regular lines of communication with assigned sites
- •Administer protocol and related study training to site staff
- •Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices
- •Escalate quality issues through the appropriate channels
- •Track regulatory submissions and recruitment progress
- •Manage case report form completion and data query resolution
