- •3+ years of trading and/or trading operations experience
- •Experience in crypto or tradfi banking environment
- •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- •Strong attention to detail
- •Self-organization and excellent communication
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies
- •Adaptability and teamwork skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and tracking

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage digital asset and fiat trade settlements
- •Communicate with internal and external trading counterparties
- •Reconcile trades from post-trade to settlement
- •Track treasury and liaise with trading and finance teams
- •Coordinate with trading, OTC, and options teams on balances
- •Provide administrative and client communication support
- •Rebalance assets and whitelist crypto addresses on multiple platforms
- •Manage and add new banking beneficiaries
- •Support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements
- •Liaise with account managers at banks for cut-off times and fees
- •Track and alert clients on margin and net open positions
- •Coordinate asset transfers to maintain margin thresholds
- •Report technical and financial issues to the dev team
- •Support process improvements and automation efforts
- •Monitor internal operations ticketing processes
- •Work with trading teams to streamline operations
- •Enhance collection and documentation of FX and OTC trade data
- •Improve trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures
