Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related discipline
- •High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- •Strong drive for results and ability to meet tight deadlines
- •Ability to prioritise and organise daily workloads
- •Ability to work within a team and individually
- •Proactivity and good communication skills
- •Knowledge of energy commodity markets
- •European languages desirable; English mandatory
- •Tri-partite internship agreement mandatory

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assist in managing a portfolio of trading counterparts
- •Ensure accurate trading information in the in-house trading system
- •Confirm deals with counterparts and brokers daily
- •Chase and comment on outstanding confirmations each day
- •Link deals to legal contracts
- •Process and send sales invoices to counterparts
- •Process purchase invoices and submit payment instructions to finance
- •Reconcile outstanding items with counterparts
- •Address Back Office related queries from internal and external counterparties
- •Support general Back Office duties like emailing, archiving, and filing
- •Assist with system development support and testing
- •Participate in team and individual projects assigned by the Global Back Office Manager
- •Assist with regular internal and external audits and regulatory obligations
