# Trade Marketing Specialist - Aftermarket (m/f/d)
The **Trade Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)** is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies and promotional activities to enhance product visibility, sales, and brand presence in the Atermarket segment. This role involves close collaboration with sales, product marketing, pricing and supply chain teams to implement retail programs, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and channel promotions effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute **trade marketing plans** for aftermarket products in alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and implement **general and local (including channel specific) promotions** to drive sales, in coordination with sales team and Pricing Manager.
* Manage **point-of-sale (POS) materials, merchandising, including co-branding** to enhance visibility, in coordination with Marketing Corporate.y
* Build and implement general / local **loyalty programs** in 2 dimensions: **sell-in** (Distributors), **sell-out** (Garages), in coordination with sales team.
* Work and provide guidance to Sales team to support **distributors, and garages** with local marketing tools and campaigns, adapted to each region.
* Conduct **market and competitor analysis** to improve market knowledge and optimize promotional and product / pricing strategies.
* Track **promotion effectiveness and ROI**, in coordination with Pricing Manager.
* Build a plan of **training, BW plant visits**, and an annual (general or regional) « **BW Aftermarket Summit** », in coordination with the teams.
* Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure consistency in all BW **brand messaging usage and positioning**.
* Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for good and **timely execution** of trade activities.
**Key Skills & Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business, or a related field**.
* **1-3 years** of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the **aftermarket sector**(automotive, industrial, prescription technical goods, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of **retail marketing, distribution channels, and promotions**.
* Experience with **merchandising, POS materials, and campaign execution**.
* Analytical skills to assess **market trends and trade performance**.
* Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM, and marketing tools**.
* Ability to work in **fast-paced, cross-functional environments**.
* **Good verbal and written knowledge of English**
