As a Translational Medicine (TM) Academy fellow in Preclinical Safety, you will join Novartis’ Translational Medicine Unit for a 2 year period to help us to unleash the power of translational safety science for drug discovery and development. **Job Description** Do you want to apply your expertise to advancing the practice of preclinical safety? As a Translational Medicine (TM) Academy fellow in Preclinical Safety, you will join Novartis’ Translational Medicine Unit for a 2 year period to help us to unleash the power of translational safety science for drug discovery and development. TM plays a pivotal role in bringing innovative medicines to patients, by building on research advances to develop new therapies, and bridging drug discovery and clinical application. Duration of program: 24 months Program start: September 2025 Applications are open until 03 March 2025 included. # # Job description: Through the TM Academy, you will gain valuable training and experience within an international multi-cultural Biomedical Research environment. In parallel to your Academy learning, your core focus will be to contribute to the Preclinical Safety group within Translational Medicine, working in one or more of our global inter-disciplinary teams including Translational Toxicology, Mechanistic & Predictive Safety, Pathology and Therapeutic Area Safety Assessment. Your contributions will support project teams throughout the Research & Development lifecycle spanning a diverse range of disease areas and therapeutic modalities.
