* Develop Standard work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department.
* Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and institute resolutions to mitigate recurrence
Additional Responsibilities
* Create, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team
* Provide detailed technical reports about equipment status
* Actively participate in HSE initiatives and promote electrical and mechanical safety.
* Ensure tools, parts and work instructions are available for predicted and preventive repairs.
