## Job Description
* Understand and interpret customer acceptance criteria for specific projects and products.
* Perform structured handover processes from manufacturing to commissioning phases.
* Strictly follow defined test procedures and ensure accurate execution.
* Conduct and document all serial test procedures, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability.
* Diagnose and repair failures promptly as they occur during testing.
* Track, analyze, and document system failures with precision and rigor.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the Test Manager in a timely manner.
* Identify and propose improvements to existing testing and commissioning processes.

## Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or equivalent.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial environments—particularly in Electrical, Control Systems, Onboard Communications, or Network Systems within process industries, railways, or factory automation.
* Proficient in English (spoken and written).
* Solid technical foundation in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and networking domains.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across functions (engineering, quality, manufacturing, etc.).
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Comfortable working in complex environments across multiple sites and within multicultural teams.
