# Technology Manager (f/m/x) The Technology Manager at Raiffeisen Group IT GmbH is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of our technology resources. Reporting to the Head of our Division, this position demands profound technical knowledge, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to streamlining technology and enhancing automation and operational efficiency. #LI-DNI ## Your mission: * Develop and maintain a forward-looking technology vision and roadmap that aligns technical initiatives with overall business objectives. * Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Ensure modular architectures that facilitate the decommissioning of legacy systems and adhere to enterprise standards. * Act as a bridge between technology, delivery, and people management functions to promote integrated decision-making, technical transparency, and efficient communication. * Mentor technical teams and collaborate with people management to address skills gaps, drive continuous training, and support career development. * Enhance automation in IT processes and tasks to reduce technical debt and complexity. Implement best practices for system reliability, security, and performance monitoring. * Establish and enforce technical standards and compliance with RBI’s policies.
