•Degree in engineering with practical experience in product or technology management for industrial process automation
•At least 7 years of professional experience
•Familiarity with fieldbus and field device integration technologies
•Insight into workflows for planning, commissioning, and maintaining process plants and control systems
•Eagerness to learn and delve into details
•High level of communication and social skills
•Fluency in German and English
•Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time
