- •10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, or consulting
- •Proven track record in technical advisory roles
- •Strong understanding of pharma-specific business processes
- •Engineering or life sciences degree preferred
- •Consultant mindset for tailoring solutions
- •Familiarity with simulation techniques in drug development
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11

- •Integrate IT and OT systems across R&D, manufacturing, and quality operations
- •Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and bid activities
- •Assess client requirements and translate them into solution concepts
- •Support development of reusable use cases and reference architectures
- •Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and guide decisions
- •Lead design and integration of IT/OT architecture across project phases
- •Act as the central contact for technical topics and compliance standards
- •Review and validate functional and technical designs and test strategies
- •Manage change requests by assessing impacts and proposing solutions
- •Maintain understanding of the pharma technology stack, including IT and OT systems
- •Ensure solutions comply with pharma-specific standards and regulations
- •Advise on simulation techniques and data integrity strategies
- •Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams for seamless transitions
- •Build internal knowledge around pharma technologies and standards
- •Engage with partners to co-develop and integrate solutions
