Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in electrical engineering or relevant field
- •At least 5 years of proven experience in a technical training or similar role
- •Experience with training portal management and content development
- •Experience with technical products (HW and/or SW)
- •Experience with complex electrical systems
- •Ability to create content (video, photo, presentations, and documentation)
- •Experience in cross functional team collaboration
- •Familiarity with content creation tools such as InDesign, HTML5, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- •Excellent communication skills in English and German
- •Organizational and strategic skills
- •Independence and self-learning

Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and organize training sessions in the Training Center in Germany
- •Develop and maintain training content for new and existing products
- •Manage the online training portal, known as the 'Academy'
- •Collect and store training records and issued certificates
- •Manage the recertification process
- •Arrange onboarding training programs for newcomers
- •Maintain the team member skill matrix and development training plan
- •Analyze support channels to identify new training topics
- •Travel internationally for field service as needed
