- •Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or higher study degree
- •Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English (B2 or higher) and Italian
- •Knowledge of any other European language
- •Ability to write technical documents, reports, and procedures for field support
- •Familiarity with MS Office package
- •Organizational and methodical skills, technical proficiency, and effective interpersonal skills

- •Audit service operations and enhance local team competencies
- •Collaborate with Quality and R&D departments to resolve product issues
- •Deliver training on UPS products for customers and service engineers
