Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or higher study degree
  • •Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English (B2 or higher) and Italian
  • •Knowledge of any other European language
  • •Ability to write technical documents, reports, and procedures for field support
  • •Familiarity with MS Office package
  • •Organizational and methodical skills, technical proficiency, and effective interpersonal skills
  • •Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide

  • •Provide hardware support via ticketing system, phone, or email
  • •Support partners and subsidiaries through the 24x7 Diagnostic Centre
  • •Conduct complex analysis of UPS systems and document findings
  • •Travel to customers, partners, and ABB subsidiaries for support
  • •Audit service operations and enhance local team competencies
  • •Collaborate with Quality and R&D departments to resolve product issues
  • •Deliver training on UPS products for customers and service engineers
