•Good knowledge of tires and related requirements
•Basic knowledge of laws, legal codes, and government regulations

•Manage and coordinate PQI (Product Quality Index) surveys across Europe
•Track EU regulations
•Develop and update training programs on quality methods for EU subsidiary technicians
•Define training schedules for subsidiary technicians
•Issue quality reports based on defined KPIs
•Analyze data using SAP
•Provide support to subsidiaries
