Anforderungen
- •Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment
- •Proactivity and creativity
- •Intercultural understanding and customer orientation
- •Experience with hydraulic selection tools
- •Experience using CRM tools, SAP, and proficiency in MS Office applications
- •Experience with order execution of technical projects
- •Independent and structured way of working
- •Fluency in English and German; other languages advantageous
- •Higher Technical College in a relevant discipline or relevant school education in rotating hydraulic machines
- •Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and multiple years of job experience in Pumps Sales support

- •Provide technical and product support to customers
- •Prepare offers using CRM, Compono, and Configurator
- •Manage and track international order costs and delivery times
- •Serve as the order-specific contact from inquiry to pump delivery
- •Coordinate warranty case execution with the Service team
- •Follow tasks according to the Sales and Order Execution Process
