- •8–10 years of relevant experience
- •Broad knowledge and technical expertise in refinery and petrochemical industry
- •Technical product knowledge of isolation valves and flow control valves

- •Foster strong customer relationships with sales teams

- •Develop account strategies for key customers
- •Provide market intelligence on FCD product portfolio
- •Serve as a subject matter expert for product selection
- •Coordinate with engineering on engineered-to-order design solutions
- •Align global product leadership with customer needs for diversification
- •Support new product introductions and raise application awareness
- •Assist in resolving commercial and technical issues
- •Help develop targeted account plans
- •Update account plans and opportunities in the CRM system
- •Identify and escalate potential issues affecting customer relationships
