Anforderungen
- •Master’s Degree in Cell Biology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- •Previous sales experience preferred
- •Strong technical background in imaging/microscopy
- •Ability to manage a broad territory and advance capital equipment sales
- •Proven ability to manage multiple high-value, long sales-cycle opportunities
- •High motivation and energy to develop new business
- •Effective communication and ability to act as a connector across a diverse matrix organization
- •Ability to maintain and grow customer data using CRM tools
- •Willingness to travel 50% or more
- •Strong organizational skills to manage territory activities
- •Ability to provide clear updates and insights to managers and team members
- •Capability to communicate regularly with scientists and management at customer accounts via phone, email, and in-person visits
