**We are looking for a Technical Sales and Quotation Manager (w/m/d) - Grinding Mill Technology (5374) to join our team at Innomotics.**
**Your future role.**
* You design drive solutions for the minerals industry (mainly medium voltage), with a focus on grinding applications: gearless mill drives (GMD)- and conventional-mill solutions. This includes our Innomotics motors and drives, but also automation, E-house, installation commissioning and overall solution based on our portfolio.
* You are in charge of preparing the technical offer (specifications, component designs, competitive cost calculation, technical risk assessment). In particular, you specify the drive, motor and E-house according to customer requirements, within the Innomotics portfolio.
* You are familiar with Gearless Mills, know the technology and its operational principle, as well as the mining process in which our equipment is a key asset for our client. You have experience in engineering, project management or on-site operation and/or commissioning of GMDs.
* In particular, you have experience with GMD´s automation and electrical aspects (drives and protection systems).
* You are responsible for the support of systems and solutions up to the end-customer or our partners, considering an optimal distribution of the scope of delivery and services between the parties involved and the value flows derived from this.
* You will support the sales process, our regional teams and other stakeholders, and present the offer concept and their contents at the customer's site within the framework of clarifications and negotiations.
* You work in close collaboration with our Sales and Business-responsible team, to improve our value proposition and increase award chances.
* As an expert, you analyze strategic trends and developments for technical solutions, products, methods and processes.
* You will also clarify and negotiate with sub-suppliers and obtain offers for internal and external material and services together with Project Procurement (PPM).
* Elaborating, (further-) developing and introducing standards for offers (e.g. calculation tools) in close cooperation with the Project Execution team (PE) is also part of your responsibilities.
* Additional to our own offer preparation process, from Germany (Headquarters), you also interact and support our regional teams worldwide, to assure the success of the global organization.
**Your profile.**
* You have an engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar, as well as +10 years of professional experience in the mining project business.
* You have the motivation to learn new subjects and tasks.
* A comprehensive understanding of the technical and technological production processes in the mining industry is an advantage.
* You enjoy working independently, but also working together in a team.
* Deep knowledge of lay-out designing of drive systems, such as the design of motors and converters as well as basic knowledge of transformers, switchgears, cooling systems and automation technology are prerequisites.
* Knowledge of project management methodology for the offer and execution process, as well as experience on project business and commissioning activities complete your profile.
* You recognize and evaluate possible risks, estimate influences on the technical solutions and initiate appropriate mitigation measures.
* You are fluent in English (is a must). If your German language is not fluent, it should be a goal to develop it in the next years. Other languages, especially Spanish, are an advantage.
* Willingness to travel internationally for limited periods, when required, is part of your motivation.
