## Technical Recruiter (80% Part-Time) - Europe (Remote)
#### Description
We are on a mission to contribute to a **zero-waste future** by drastically reducing food waste, fuel consumption, costs, and most importantly, **CO₂ emissions** in the airline industry. Every role in our company is a direct contributor to this vision—and as a **Technical Recruiter**, you’ll be at the heart of building the team that makes it possible. You’ll primarily focus on hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineers), but will also support hiring across product, operations, and other functions as needed.
You will report to our **Head of Finance and HR** and collaborate closely with hiring managers across all departments to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent. You will be responsible for managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously, ensuring a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic approach to recruitment.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and ideal candidate profiles.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview loops.
* Proactively manage and monitor all hiring pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and candidate progression.
* Push hiring managers to engage with candidates, provide feedback, and maintain momentum across pipelines.
* Track and analyze pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
* Partner with HR and Communications to improve our employer branding.
* Ensure compliance with hiring policies, including geographic eligibility (e.g., avoiding candidates from non-hiring regions).
* Own the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.

* Familiarity with European hiring practices and remote hiring compliance
* Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms, is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment
