Anforderungen
- •Degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or comparable technical field
- •4–6 years of experience in technical project or program management
- •Hands-on experience delivering IT or digital projects
- •Strong understanding of IT landscapes, software delivery, infrastructure, or enterprise systems
- •Experience working closely with senior leadership and supporting decision-making
- •Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
- •Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives under time pressure
- •Experience working with project management tools
- •Very good Microsoft Office skills for presentations and reporting
- •Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
- •Confident communicator with ability to align stakeholders and drive outcomes
- •Participation in regular project and stakeholder meetings, including travel

Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive execution of Group IT projects from setup to delivery
- •Act as a key partner to the CDO and business unit CIOs
- •Establish and maintain project structures, including plans and milestones
- •Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
- •Support preparation of decision-ready materials for the CDO and CIOs
- •Coordinate and consolidate the Group IT roadmap, highlighting dependencies
- •Prepare, facilitate, and document CIO Board meetings and workshops
- •Participate in regular project and stakeholder meetings, including travel
- •Work with external vendors to support delivery tracking and performance management
