# Technical Project Manager Software Development Airborne ISR Radar (f/m/d)

**Summary**
For the department “Airborne Algorithms & Software” we are looking for a “Technical Project Manager Software Development Airborne ISR Radar (f/m/d)” at the Immenstaad site as soon as possible.
In our department, we are responsible for the specification, design, implementation and verification of software for airborne reconnaissance radars, including sensor control and data processing. Our modern, high-performance radar systems can be used in manned and unmanned aerial vehicles to detect and identify objects on land, at sea and in the air.
Your role as Technical Project Manager will be to lead a small, highly innovative team developing the software for a new generation of products.
**Your Tasks**
* Management of the SW Next Generation sub-project together with the Lead Engineer
* Responsibility for planning, coordination and monitoring & control of development activities
* Creation of development strategy, time and resource planning and functional roadmap in coordination with the Lead Engineer and the overall system
* Collaboration in the project team with project management, Chief Engineer and the HW teams
* Ensuring the delivery of the software in time, quality and cost for flight testing and to customers
**Your Profile**
* Completed studies in engineering, computer science, physics or similar
* Extensive professional experience in technical management and / or software development
* Experience in agile system and software development for embedded systems
* Experience in technical management and in the technical leadership of teams
* Experience with Radar advantageous
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Fluency in German and English
