* Preparation of studies, specifications and cost estimates
* Preparation of risk assessments, operating instructions, work and process instructions and documentation

* Client representation, specialist construction management and site supervision
* Communication with customers, authorities and planning partners
* Schedule, budget and quality control in the management of demolition projects
**Your profile**
* Completed university degree in natural sciences or engineering (Diploma / Bachelor / Master) specialising in geology, civil engineering/environmental/chemical engineering, process engineering or similar
* At least 5 years of professional experience as well as expertise in the technical, organisational and economic preparation and execution of decommissioning and remediation measures in the industrial sector with experience in project planning and management
* A sense of responsibility, quality and safety awareness
* Quick comprehension and good self-organisation
* Expertise in accordance with TRGS 519, 521 and DGUV R101-004
* HSSE qualification: SCC, Nebosh, SiGeKo
