Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- •Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project-oriented technical role
- •Proven experience in supplier and interface management
- •Experience with permits is beneficial
- •Fluency in German and English for communication
- •Fast learning and quick grasp of complex topics
- •Team player with hands-on mentality
- •Self-organization and structured workstyle
- •Good listener and effective communicator
- •Curiosity and open-mindedness
- •Valid Work Permit for Germany, or able to obtain a permit

- •Act as the primary technical interface with key partners
- •Coordinate the flow of technical information
- •Lead kick-off meetings for projects
- •Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation
- •Oversee compliance with technical specifications and standards
- •Manage technical specifications and drawings
- •Evaluate technical deviations and change requests
- •Assess impact of non-conformities on performance, budget, and schedule
- •Report technical progress and risks to the Program Manager
- •Monitor progress against the Master Project Schedule
- •Drive execution of the technical workstream
- •Translate project requirements into clear action items
- •Assign ownership of tasks and ensure follow-through
- •Track open actions across all partners
- •Resolve blockers to maintain project momentum
