Anforderungen
- •3+ years of experience in machine learning
- •University degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- •Interest or experience in product ownership, team leadership, and mentoring
- •Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms
- •Familiarity with version control, unit testing, and continuous integration
- •Clear, concise communication skills
- •Independent thinking and collaboration skills
- •UX understanding and use of prototyping tools like Figma
- •Experience with medical imaging standards (DICOM, PACS, RIS)
- •Experience and knowledge of SCRUM framework and agile methodologies

- •Align with product management on the strategic product roadmap
- •Break down the roadmap into actionable milestones and prioritized tickets
- •Take ownership of delivering product milestones
- •Drive effective sprint planning and backlog management
- •Maintain a deep technical understanding of AI solutions
- •Guide architectural discussions within the development team
- •Contribute hands-on technical work when needed
- •Serve as the central contact for technical questions across teams
- •Collaborate with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with medical device standards
- •Work on technical documentation for compliance
- •Mentor and guide team members in their technical and professional development
