- •Drive the strategic success of the SCI product suite
- •Collect, validate, and consolidate feature requests and market requirements
- •Translate feature requests into clear roadmap items with defined business impact
- •Manage stakeholders to identify synergies between SCI and other products
- •Coordinate roadmap and releases with key stakeholders
- •Ensure SCI products meet standards for scalability, reliability, security, and user experience
- •Improve operational efficiency and simplify customer onboarding
- •Define and own product-specific performance and success KPIs
- •Monitor KPIs and use data to steer the roadmap
- •Provide regular product performance updates to key stakeholders
- •Champion communication and stakeholder management for SCI
