Anforderungen
- •Advanced university degree in economics, business, public administration, social science, or related field
- •First-level university degree in relevant field with additional two years of relevant experience
- •At least five years of relevant professional experience in market system development or private sector development
- •Excellent command of English and another ILO language, including excellent drafting skills
- •Good knowledge of theories and trends in market system development and private sector development
- •Ability to provide technical advice and guide external collaborators and staff
- •Ability to conceptualize and design research techniques and analyze complex data sets
- •Ability to formulate new concepts and methodologies
- •Ability to draft reports and prepare guidelines for programme development
- •Ability to provide technical support to senior specialists and carry out research
- •Ability to participate in technical missions and provide inputs for the ILO Decent Work Agenda
- •Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools and techniques
- •Good computer skills
- •Ability to work in a multicultural environment and gender-sensitive behaviour

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assist Programme Managers and National Coordinators with project support
- •Provide global knowledge management and extract lessons learned
- •Ensure compliance with ILO policies and project strategies
- •Conduct gender- and conflict-sensitive research for regional analyses
- •Integrate technical inputs into reports and publications
- •Research best practices in systemic approaches for fragile contexts
- •Support development of knowledge products and case studies
- •Develop training materials and conduct workshops on systemic approaches
- •Maintain liaison with governments and organizations for project discussions
- •Draft proposals for funding from donor agencies
- •Promote ILO policies on fundamental rights and gender equality
- •Provide technical support on market-led approaches in displacement contexts
- •Collaborate with other teams to promote inclusive market interventions
- •Conduct research on trends in humanitarian-development nexus and entrepreneurship
- •Undertake missions related to project implementation
- •Perform other duties as required
