**The people who join us change our company – the products we build together change the world** ## Technical Lead Electronics Development – Mobile Machinery (m/f/d) Together with a team of experts, you will be leading the technical execution of the development projects in the field of electronics development for HMIs for the off-highway sector. You will accompany the process over the entire life cycle from conception to successful realization and series production. ### Your Tasks * Technical project planning and execution in electronics development * Electronic development tasks such as schematic design, simulation and design analysis * Creation, updating and coordination of project and development plans * Development of requirement specifications & functional specifications * Preparation, documentation, and implementation of technical changes * Technical sales support & assistance in pre-sales activities * Definition and coordination of the hardware architecture in close cooperation with the system design * Act as the hardware technical lead in project reviews and decision-making throughout the full development cycle ### Your Profile * Higher technical education (e.g. HTL) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a university degree in a related field * Several years of experience as a senior electronics developer * Solid understanding of system requirements * Experience in HMI-related hardware development is advantageous * Familiarity with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, EN 13849, ISO 25119) is beneficial * Proficient in EDA tools such as Pulsonix, Altium Designer, LTSpice, Hyperlynx, or similar * Team-oriented mindset with a solution-oriented working style * Very good command of English, German is a plus ### Our Offer * Exciting work environment – be part of future high-tech innovations and cutting-edge technologies * We are a team – flat hierarchies, open door policy, communication at eye level and hands-on mentality * Central locations – our offices are located in the city center near Karlsplatz & Kettenbrückengasse, easily accessible via public transport and bicycle * Benefits Package – lunch tickets, job tickets (unlimited use of public transport in Vienna or partially reimbursement of costs for KlimaTicket, numerous discounts, events and much more * Work-life-balance – additional days off, home office, workcation (up to 45 workdays per year Mobile Working within the EU) and individual working time models * Diversity & equal opportunities – our team consists of people from over 60 countries, speaking 100 different languages. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade ("Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe") and we offer a minimum salary of € 55,000 gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
