Technical Director
**The Opportunity**
We’re seeking a collaborative, strategic, and thoughtful technical leader to join Worldline, Europe’s leading payment solutions provider. As Technical Director for terminals area, you’ll guide the future of our payment terminal portfolio. with focus on hardware solutions and ep2 standards implementation. You’ll develop our technical strategy, ensure quality excellence through vendor partnerships, and support a talented team of Business engineers and QAs. Your leadership will create positive impact across millions of payment transactions, helping shape the direction for our future growth in terminal solutions.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
* **Strategic Transformation:** Drive terminal technology transformation that enhances our market position and creates competitive advantage by working effectively with vendors
* **Business Growth:** Deliver technical capabilities that enable new terminal revenue streams and market opportunities
* **Organisational Excellence:** Build a high-performing technical organisation across multiple teams to deliver our terminal strategy
* **Risk Mitigation:** Establish governance frameworks that protect the business from technical and compliance risks
* **Industry Engagement:** Represent Worldline's interests in EP2 standards forums and contribute to the terminal technology community
