- •7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership
- •Track record of leading large, complex customer engagements
- •Ability to excel in high ambiguity environments
- •Fluidity between system level understanding and execution level detail
- •Strategic thinking and pattern-matching skills
- •Strong technical fluency and sharp sequencing instincts
- •Experience in shipping AI/LLM systems
- •Ability to translate technical trade-offs for business leaders

- •Expertise in at least one major sector

- •Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams
- •Translate business objectives into a roadmap with milestones and acceptance criteria
- •Run day-to-day engineering execution and track delivery across teams

- •Make real-time trade-offs on scope and priority to protect the critical path
- •Embed with customer teams to facilitate production deployments and drive adoption
- •Map workflows and shape tools/integrations for delivery planning
- •Lead onboarding, adoption, and change management efforts
- •Partner with Product and Research to ensure timely support for deployment goals
- •Codify solution patterns and evaluations to improve products and models
- •Own value cases and ROI by setting impact hypotheses and KPIs
- •Run pre-/post-deployment measurement and report findings to executive sponsors
