Anforderungen
- •3-5 years of relevant experience in technical due diligence, RCA and dilapidation works
- •Engineering school or university training (Bachelor or Master's degree)
- •Knowledge of building techniques, technical equipment, fire safety regulations
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Great understanding of costs related to defects, improvements and construction
- •Autonomy, rigor, organization, flair for analysis and synthesis
- •Ability to build, develop and maintain business and client relationships
- •Open-mindedness and communicativeness in a team context
- •Diligence and proactivity with prioritization skills
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- •B driving license
- •Excellent command of Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- •Conduct property inspections and take site notes
- •Document construction specifications and building services
- •Capture evidential photos during inspections
- •Measure buildings and external areas against floor plans
- •Assess reinstatement costs for properties
- •Account for additional work like site clearance and safety measures
- •Research and analyze cost data from various sources
- •Perform technical audits for property acquisitions and sales
- •Monitor real estate operations as part of financing
- •Evaluate building conditions, including structure and technical equipment
- •Check compliance with current regulations such as fire safety and asbestos
- •Analyze environmental risks like soil pollution and flooding
- •Prepare detailed reports and cost estimates for refurbishment
- •Manage client relationships and project teams effectively
- •Deliver high-quality building surveying services in various sectors
- •Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
