# Technical Assistant to Member of the Executive Board (f/m/d)
In the role, you will act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients and employees for the Member of the Executive Board, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including research, content preparation, project management, and strategic evaluation.
## Your Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients and employees for the Member of the Executive Board.
* Conduct independent research on various topics within the Member of the Executive Board's area of responsibility.
* Prepare professional content and follow-up of documents and presentations for meetings, including to-do list and follow-up meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board).
* Proactive and independent organizational handle and supervise certain projects (Project Management Office) in the area of the Member of the Executive Board.
* Identify and evaluate strategic options and provide recommendations for top management.
* Network with key stakeholders of the company and provide them with professional support.
* Prepare evaluations, reports, and respond to information requests.
## Your Profile
* Bachelor's and above degree in STEM, Business Administration, Economics or Finance are preferred, with more than 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and good organizational skills.
* Capable of managing deadlines and prioritizing work effectively with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High degree of motivation and flexibility regarding working hours.
