Anforderungen
- •2 years of experience in talent acquisition in a high-tech or engineering-focused environment
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- •Willingness to travel to Ulm once a month
- •Strong ability to manage multiple roles while meeting tight deadlines
- •Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- •Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- •Educational background in an engineering field is considered a strong advantage
