Anforderungen

•2 years of experience in talent acquisition in a high-tech or engineering-focused environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•Willingness to travel to Ulm once a month
•Strong ability to manage multiple roles while meeting tight deadlines
•Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability
•Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
•Educational background in an engineering field is considered a strong advantage
